This Christmas calendar was created in December 2023. It shows how and with whom we work and what we have achieved from 2007 to 2023. As the Christmas season is always a nice memory, we hope you will allow us to stick to this format for the time being. This will also allow you to get to know the Maya numbers from 1 - 24. harvest - process at the wet mill - peeling- fermenting - washing
drying on the patios
